lyrics
I think we're all caged
In the shadow of time
Surrounded by people
With big forced smiles
It's a rat race
In which the rats all die
The inescapable end
That laughs and then cries
Nobody cares
About how it feels like
To be trapped inside your head!
I think we're all stuck
In the gears of time
Still shaking our hands
And pretending to shine
It's a rat race
In which the rats all die
The ineluctable end
That's wearing a smile
Nobody cares
About how it feels like
To be trapped inside your head!
I don't know you anymore
I don't know you anymore
Can you tell me what we're fighting for
Can you tell me what we're fighting for
What the hell are we fighting for?
Please, remind me what we're fighting for
Nobody cares
About how it feels like
To be trapped inside your head!

3 letters only: WOW !
I don't know why they claim deathrock.. It's postpunk at it's best IMHO. Unbelievable good music. Bauhaus would be proud.. and Wim Wenders too :))
Impossible to nominate a fav track, this album is so incredible homogenous and congenial ! gargoyle

New wave of Gothic Rock at it's finest. This band has top level talent from well renowned acts involved so wasn't the least bit surprised upon hearing the opening track. If you miss late 80's to mid 90's gothic rock bands, I can't recommend this one enough. m4rkos1334
Situationist coldwave from France that is deliciously icy, high-drama vampire vocals colliding with icy synth & guitar. Bandcamp New & Notable Nov 7, 2021
If you've been craving something dark and gritty yet stylish and dancefloor-ready, this hard-edged industrial synth opus might fit the bill. Bandcamp New & Notable Apr 16, 2024

It's uncanny just how good Actors is at emulating that Post-Punk synth sound from my younger days.
Each listen just gets better and better. I feel slightly ashamed for not having heard this album until a few short days ago. modestwriggles
